Skills & XP
Two skills carry your character, and you train both with your actual body.
Strength
Earned by resistance work: push-ups, squats, sit-ups, lunges, high plank, and dumbbell exercises like bicep curls. Every honest rep pays Strength XP. In combat, Strength decides how hard you hit (see Combat), and the heaviest gear in the game refuses to be equipped below certain Strength levels.
Agility
Earned by cardio and movement: jumping jacks, high knees, and above all steps. Walking with a gathering session open pays 1 Agility XP per step, and your banked steps pay the same when you spend them. In combat, Agility decides how often you hit. Higher Agility also unlocks better trees to chop.
The curve
Levels follow the classic exponential XP curve: early levels fly by, level 99 is a genuine life achievement. Your total level (Strength + Agility) is what the global hiscores rank, and yes, it's public.
