Raiding, crossbows and female characters
This will be the biggest update since the skills rework. Raiding is a new skill with five raid organizers and their chests. The crossbow is a new ranged weapon with its own ammo. You can play as a male or female character. And on Android, your steps can now come from Health Connect, watch steps included.
Raiding
Raiding replaces Slayer. Open the Raid tab on the Train screen and sign a contract with a raid organizer. Contracts are sealed: you only see your targets after you sign. Each one names one to three kinds of adversary and how many of each to defeat. Beat them in your own fights, then hand the contract back for a chest and a big drop of Raiding XP.

Mythandil75 RaidingAdversaries level 150 and upRaiding XP only, for nowChests are opened from your Storage Chest, one at a time or all at once. The higher the organizer, the tougher the adversaries and the better the chest. Mythandil's vaults stay shut for now: his contracts pay Raiding XP only. You can hold one contract at a time, and the first cancel each day is free.

Crossbows
The crossbow is a one-handed ranged weapon, so a shield fits beside it. It requires 25 Ranged and 10 Raiding, and it fires bolts only, while bows keep firing arrows. Bolts go in the ammo slot without a quiver.

Where to find them: the Crossbowman can drop the crossbow, crossbowmen, bandits and ghouls drop bolts, and Torstein's Rusty Chest can hold both.
Female characters
Choose a male or female character at the top of the character creator. Already playing? Change it at the General Store with Change Character Style. Every skin tone, shirt color and piece of armor works on both, and there are seven new hairstyles to go with it, in every hair color.

Steps from Health Connect on Android
Android players can now count steps from Health Connect. Connect it on the Steps screen. Steps from a watch that syncs to Health Connect, like a Garmin or a Fitbit, now count, and so do steps you took while GymScape was closed.
Steps that sync late from a watch still count for yesterday the first time you open the app the next day. That works on Android with Health Connect and on iPhone with Apple Health.
GymScape reads your step count only. It never writes to Health Connect, reads no other health data, and never uses your steps for ads.
